Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on all Blouch Beauty orders. There's no minimum spend. Express shipping is available at checkout for $5.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the USA.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched daily. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 5 to 8 days. Express delivery takes 3 to 5 days. Your delivery option and its cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Address issues

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us through our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your parcel hasn't arrived by the estimated date, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Customs and import charges

For orders sent to another country, any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
