Our store
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform we use to sell our products to you. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Products and pricing
We do our best to show our products, colours and descriptions accurately, but screens vary and we can't guarantee your display will match exactly. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices, promotions and product availability can change at any time without notice.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. You agree to give accurate and complete details when you order so we can process and deliver it.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.
Shipping
Delivery details, including estimated times, are covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Returns and refunds

Product use
Our cleansing brush is a personal care device for cosmetic use. It is not a medical device. Please follow any instructions supplied with the product, stop using it if your skin becomes irritated, and keep it out of reach of young children.

The content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Blouch Beauty or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our site may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, and to the extent the law allows, Blouch Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
